Collective effort from different stakeholders always yields the most impact. Our activities need to bring together stakeholders in the CSO space, government, donors, media and the general public to ensure the effectiveness of the strategies and participation in the actions agreed upon.
Why It Matters
The needs of our communities outweigh the capacity of any individual. All stakeholders have a role to play in ensuring that our work leaves a long lasting impact on the Ugandan people. The onus of defining those roles and building an eco-system that works together towards the same goal lies on us.
Why It Works
Audience-specific activations: Each stakeholder had specific activities targeted at them e.g, Press launch for the media, Symposium for government and CSOs and a Public outreach for the general public.
Media Amplification: A combination of traditional and digital media support to extend awareness and engagement of the Annual Philanthropy Week activities.
